Will reservations be accepted or considered?

When purchasing a lot in Mayowood Estates there will be an earnest money payment due that will be non-refundable at the time of a final executed contract along with a request for a 60-day close. Due to the high interest level in this project, Mayowood Estates developers want to ensure that clientele are committed to performing on their purchase in a reasonable time period.

Are outbuildings allowed?

Yes, outbuildings will be allowed via approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

Who is the electric provider?

Electric power is provided by People’s Energy Cooperative

Who is the cable and internet provider?

There are many options for Cable TV and Internet, including:  Spectrum (Charter) Communitations, Metronet, Directv.

Does the area accommodate natural gas or propane?
